I was the design lead for the 2011 charity: ball, charity: water’s biggest fundraising event of the year. This year it was hosted by Jessica Biel and Tyler Perry, and we raised $2.7 million dollars for clean water projects.
I designed the signage, invitation, and print materials for the event. Additionally, I conceptualized an interactive exhibit based on the childhood toy, Lite-Brite, where guests purchased different colored light bulbs, screwed them into a wall and when the wall was completely lit up, a water project was funded. This became the centerpiece and biggest fundraising initiative of the gala.
