Force for Good is a JPMorgan Chase program that empowers employees to build skills while delivering sustainable, tech-driven solutions for social impact organizations. Our client, CASES (Center for Alternative Sentencing & Employment Services), provides alternatives to arrest and incarceration to strengthen communities.
Their website struggled with outdated branding, cluttered information architecture, limited CMS access, high third-party costs, and poor mobile responsiveness.

As Design and Research Lead on the project, I led the end-to-end redesign and build of 30+ fully responsive WordPress screens. I conducted user interviews to uncover user needs and pain points, developed detailed user personas, performed peer analysis to identify best practices, and simplified the site’s architecture through a comprehensive sitemap audit.
The projected impact of this work is $5,000 saved annually on third-party developer fees, 10-20% increase in individual donors, and 2,000-5,000 additional clients served over five years.
