CASES Website
Force for Good is a JP Morgan program that empowers employees to collaborate and build skills while delivering sustainable, tech based solutions for socially focused organizations. Our client, CASES (Center for Alternative Sentencing & Employment Services), offers alternatives to arrest and incarceration to transform communities.
Their website faced several structural and usability challenges including limited website management access, high third party costs, outdated branding, poor responsiveness, and a cluttered information architecture.

As Design and Research Lead on the project, I led the end-to-end redesign and build of 30+ fully responsive WordPress screens. Additionally, I conducted 11 user interviews to uncover user needs and pain points, developed detailed user personas and performed peer analysis to identify best practices, and simplified the site’s architecture through a comprehensive sitemap audit.

The Impact
- Saved $5,000 annually on third-party developer fees
- Increased individual donors by 10-20%
- Enabled CASES to serve 2,000-5,000 additional clients over five years
