CORE Real Estate Timeline

CORE Real Estate is a New York–based brokerage known for its modern approach to residential real estate. As the company approached its 10-year milestone, they wanted a distinctive way to reflect on a decade of growth, highlight key achievements, and celebrate the people and moments that shaped the firm.

The goal was to create an engaging visual narrative that could capture the company’s history without feeling like a static list of dates and milestones. The experience needed to feel celebratory, dynamic, and appropriate for a digital audience visiting the homepage.

I designed a custom illustrated timeline that brought CORE’s first decade to life through a series of original line drawings. I created more than 40 illustrations, each representing a significant milestone—from company launches and office expansions to notable achievements and cultural moments. These illustrations formed the foundation of a homepage slideshow that guided visitors through the company’s story in a visually engaging way. The artwork was also adapted into a short animated video, transforming the timeline into a shareable piece of motion content that celebrated CORE’s history while reinforcing the brand’s modern, design-forward identity.

To support the launch of CORE Real Estate’s new Brooklyn location, I designed an illustrated neighborhood map highlighting nearby attractions, landmarks, and amenities. The goal was to create a visually engaging way for prospective clients to explore the area while reinforcing the brand’s approachable tone. The final illustration was featured in email campaigns and printed marketing collateral.
